Tijuana, born and raised. Chef Javier Plascencia has
a 30+ year culinary career (and counting) under his belt, his family has been in the restaurant business since 1969 and are now a great tradition in Tijuana.
Chef Javier has become one of Baja’s fiercest promotors and has gained international acclaim for his creative culinary concepts both in Baja Norte and Baja Sur.
